I Dream of a Wolf
It's ironic how I become fascinated with the wolves in the movie Game of Thrones, they were like dogs which will fight for their masters, most loyal and I adore them. I started watching the series because I was just done with the previous series I was hooked on, The Pretty Little Liars. I am now on it's third season and is waiting for the second episode. I was over fed before thinking who "A" really is. I know I said it could be Allison and I still think she really is until Mona came to the scene. The last episode didn't actually influence the thought of who A is, I guess Mona was just being used by A and I am excited to watch the next episode, so for the meantime while waiting for it, I hoarded myself with this award winning series, Game of Thrones.
If you are fan of tv series, you might have finished the two seasons already, good for you. I am still on the second episode, I don't usually watch this type of shows where there are too much swords, blood and heads or body parts slashed but it looked like the first two episodes make me want to continue and follow the story instead.
Hooked Up with Pretty Little Liars
Watching Pretty Little Liars makes me think about the secrets I had with my best buds during high school. I thought about the bullying, the backbiting and other stuff. I can't remember those exact matters though but I am quite sure there were ones that might had hurt somebody and might had ruin someone's life just like how the series' story came out to me.
I am almost done with the second season though and I am looking forward to knowing who "A" is. The truth is, I had been thinking it could have been Allison but since she is known to be dead, then I think it could be Jenna too since she lied about her sight coming back after the surgery.
The things I love about the story is the chemistry between Hanna and Caleb, they look really damn good together. It is just nice to have Spencer on the show too, she has the brightest mind ever of the group.
Movies: Surinder is Khan and He is Not a Terrorist
For quiet awhile, I had been hearing good reviews about this movie entitled "My Name is Khan", and though I have the copy in my drives for almost a month, I didn't bother to watch it until today. It's my four-day rest's last day and that the first thing I did in the morning was to watch any movie I have in my movie folder. And so I opted to watch this one. First thing that came in my mind is that it's a movie about politics because of the movie's poster which shows the United States' Flag on it and the tuxedo too. Little did I know that this has something in it that will make my eyes swell and give me more information and knowledge about the other beliefs.
So what is the movie all about then?
Obviously, it is a Bollywood movie about a Muslim named Rizvan Khan who was diagnosed of Asperger's Syndrome, it can be related to Autism but he is smart and he has an ability to repair almost any mechanical material. He was sponsored by his brother to live in the United States after the death of their mother. He then met Mandira, a divorced Hindu woman who works in a Salon. He persuaded her and eventually became his wife.
Their life was almost perfect until the attack that took place in September 11 and soon experience the post 9-11 prejudice. Sam, Mandira's son has a friend named Reese whose father was killed while covering the war at Afghanistan. Because of Reese's father's death, he turned his back on Sam, they had a fight and this ended up with Sam's death. The story behind Rizvan's line, "I am Khan and I am not a terrorist" started. During his journey, he had touched a lot of lives. Despite his illness, he was able to share to the people he met the only thing he believes, that there are only two kinds of people, good people who does good deeds and bad people who does bad things. Religion or even race doesn't matter at all.
He was imprisoned because of misunderstanding but soon was released after proven innocent, his relationship with his wife rekindled after Mandira found the justice of her son's death. They soon was able to meet the President of the United States and reassured Khan that "he is not a terrorist".
Movies Watched: Soul Surfer

See that surfer above? What do you thik? Outstanding wave surf right? But would you believe that the lady in that photo has only one arm? Yes, she lost her left arm in a shark attack in 2003. She is Bethany Hamilton, 21 and is a professional surfer. I just watched the movie Soul Surfer which was based on her autobiography Soul Surfer: A True Story of Faith, Family and Fighting to Get Back on the Board. Check her blog at Bethanyhamilton.com.
The rest of Bethany's story can be googled. The casts of the movie were Anna Sophia Rob as Bethany, Dennis Quaid as her dad, Helen Hunt as her mom, Ross Thomas her brother, Carrie Underwood as Sarh Hill, her spritiual concilour, Lorraine Nicholson as her bestfriend.
My First Cashout
This is actually my first cashout from a PTC site so I am blogging about it. I had forgotten the exact date when I signed up for this site actually but basing on the first article that I had rated, it was September 5, 2010. I stopped for awhile when I disconnected my SmartBro connection last November 2010 and started rating articles again last January when I had Globe Wimax installed.
Today, I reached $50.05 and was eligible for a cashout:
I waited no longer and entered James' Paypal account since I have issues with mine. Then requested for a payout! Drum rolls.... This is the next shown screen:
I was not so delighted with what I saw onscreen, in the second bullet, it says payment can take up to 30 days. That looks like a very long time and that it is not reasonable, how can that take a long time? Well anyway, there's nothing that I can do, I will just be waiting here. Hopefully, it will not really take that long. We'll see then if readbud is really a legit PTC site.
Aamir Khan, I am A Fan
While I am writing this post, I am also downloading a movie entitled Ghajini and guess who is the lead actor? Well, it's none other than Aamir Khan! If you don't know him yet, then that means you haven't watched 3 idiots yet and I am telling you, asked Mr.google about it and download the movie now. Don't miss it because it would definitely change how you look things at. And after seeing it, I bet you will also be screaming out "Aal izz well" haha.. just as how I screamed after I watched the movie and even after watching it, I would say all is well every time I encounter problems. The movie had given a great impact to my life's perspective and to those people who had seen it as well. My colleagues and friends have been watching it as too.
