How to Enroll in BDO's Internet Banking

Have you ever been to a point where you want to check your bank account balance yet you are away from a machine or maybe you don't have your atm card with you?

I had experienced this type of situation and it's really a nuisance specially if there are important matters that we need to verify with the account and work with.

Well recently, I am just happy that I was able to get my BDO atm card's Internet banking activated. It has been pending since August last year. Since my previous application had expired already, I need to reapply for it. Boy, I'm glad I just reapplied because the new internet banking application is pretty quick and hassle-free!

So what is BDO Internet Banking then?

I Visited Logos Hope: World's Largest Floating Book Fair

Warning: Photos overload!

Nostalgia – While looking upon the huge ship in front of me yesterday, I felt like I had been here before. Then I recalled MV Doulos. Oh yes, I had visited the previous ship which also had docked on the same port a couple of years ago, I guess that was last 2007 or 2008.
View from outside while we were still on our lines.
Glad I got to visit this before they travel again to another port in February 12; they had been in Cebu since January 11 though. So James and I were on our lines towards the ship. It was a very hot Sunday afternoon, glad I brought with me my purple umbrella which gave us shade throughout the 20-30 minute wait. The three foreign attendants in the entrance booth were also fast with their transactions. Entrance fee is Php 20 per head but those who are below 12 years old are free.

Preparations for My Niece's 2nd Birthday

So my niece is turning two this February, I should be excited too because I am turning 24 by the end of the month but for some strange reasons, I am actually ignoring my own birthday and is very excited with my niece's. Teehee so silly of me but this is true though. I had fun preparing for her 1st birthday before. And yet, this birthday celebration will indeed be more wonderful because her daddy, my big bro will be coming home a day after her actual birthday, reason why we need to postpone the celebration to the 12th of the said month.

And because of that, I am again making her invitation cards and her tarpaulin, though I am not yet done with the tarpaulin, I am just excited on letting you get a sneak peak of how her 2nd birthday invitation card looks like. I am just excited so here it is:

2012 Goals: I Believe I Can

At the start of the year 2012, there were things that I really want to do and would like to start afresh with the year of the water dragon. These are just a few of the things I want to do for the year:
~ Read the Bible everyday.
~ Go at least once a month to a place I have never been before or experience unusual events or activities.
~ Learn new language, I only have English, Tagalog and Bisaya, I hope it isn't too late to start it.
~ Get my butt up and start exercising, best case is to enroll in a gym, wishful thinking!
~ Spend more time with family and friends.
~ Start investing for my future.
~ Get a new hobby.
~ Be more creative.
So far, I am glad that I am now starting to work on each goals. For the first one, I bought a book entitled "365 Daily Supplements For The Heart" by Ed Lapiz, it's something like the Daily bread. In this book, each page is dedicated for a day, it's like a pill for each day of the year with verses on it. I am glad that I was able to follow on it by God's grace.

Me Hearts Korean Drama: A Moment To Remember

Sad love stories are my favorites because I tend to cry and feel like I am on their shoes. Today, I had just watched a Korean Movie Drama titled A Moment To Remember starring Son Ye-jin and Jung Woo-sung. I like how their story blossomed. While Su-Jin (Son Ye-jin) was dumped by his boyfriend who was unfortunately married, she went to a family store and accidentally snatched Cheol-Su's (Jung Woo-sung) soda, thinking it was her's. That was their first meeting and the rest was history. The soda moments made me think of the soda scenes of the K-drama Lie to Me.

Cheol-Su was a carpenter turned architect in the story, he had that construction worker look with rugged pants and rusty shirts plus tools hanging on his belt. Though he had that aura, Su-Jin was very attracted to him, in fact she was persistent and soon successful in getting Cheol-Su's sight and then soon his heart, only that she never had heard him say 'I Love You' to her.

How to Save A Stroke Victim

I would like to share this important information which in the future might help you save your family, your friend or somebody else's life.

I read this sometime this week on Facebook. My mom had mild stroke when I was in college and my younger brother had a condition similar to stroke when he was still 16, I just forgot the exact term. Since then, my mom would regularly go to a doctor to check her blood pressures and would once in a while drink her medicines.

The following info will surely make a difference if you would let yourself be informed. Someday, someone will need it and what a great blessing if you will be able to help that person with this little information.

Snow White And Badjao

Meet Snow White and Badjao, the new addition to the family. They are actually Albino Iceblue Cichlids purchased at White Gold for Php 70 each. They have very white gills and red eyes.

I personally named one of them Snow White because obviously, it is as white as snow and Badjao came from how fast one of them gets their food. The first time I gave the two of them some protein-rich fish food, I thought they would not eat them because they didn't go up and get it. I then thought they might be picky when in terms to food. But to my surprise, when the pieces of food each started sinking, one of them eat them one by one, making sure none of the them would sink to the bottom of the aquarium. It resembles the Badjao I saw outside our boarded ship when we were on our way to Jolo, Sulu before when I was still young.

Post New Year Party at Arthoghin Beach Resort

Well, I maybe late in posting this but I don't care, it doesn't matter at all, I just want to share this event.

So last week was the start of 2012 and as a way of celebrating God's goodness, our family had our New Year fellowship with each other at Arthoghin Beach Resort. This was our second time in the said beach, first was during my brother's 22nd birthday last May of 2011.

Unlike before, the beach was peaceful that day which all of us was thankful about because the previous days were all but rainy and windy. God had really blessed that special day, a sunny day to remind us that God will give us calmness and peacefulness amidst rainy and wavy times.
