James' Cool Acer Aspire One D257
I can sense that December will be very good to me and to James as well. Yesterday, I received my first Christmas gift and named him Azule, he is a blue fighting fish and then today, James got his first Christmas gift in a form of a gadget. He just purchased a new Acer Aspire One D257 today at SM City Cebu Cyberzone.
It's has been weeks since we started hunting for the best net book which will suit our preferences and needs. Today, that has been put to an end since at last, James had found the one for him. Blue has been our theme color for this month and so, he purchased the blue one. The truth is, we never thought about it until we realized after buying.
Anyway, here's the Acer Aspire One D257 specifications:
- Processor: Intel Atom N570
- Memory: 2GB DDR3
- Hard disk: 500 GB
- Display: 10.1 "SD 1024 x 600 pixels
- Graphics: Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3150
- Networking: 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0 + EDR and 3G
- Interfaces: card reader, 3 USB 2.0 ports, VGA, audio jack, Ethernet, power connector
- Battery: 6-cell (8 hours)
- Size: 256.5 (W) x 184 (D) x 24 (H) mm
- Weight: 1.30 kg (6 cells)
- Operating system: Windows 7 Home Starter
- Other: webcam, multi-touchpad gestures
James is a web developer and the software he uses the most are just light ones like the FileZilla, Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop (portable type) and some more light ones and so for portability, he want to have a lightweight netbook when he travels specially when he goes home at Oslob.
I like it's presentation actually, the glossy glittery cover has a textured wave design has caught my attention and compared to other netbooks ranging it's price, this has the most sturdy look so far.
It's price has dropped from Php 19,000 to Php 14,900 which was a great deal. It made me think of getting mine too! Teehee... but not now maybe next year, we'll see if the prices will drop a little bit lesser. Now, James is on dilemma, he is having a hard time getting the new gadget a name... He said he'll think it over and decide later. We'll see what this little buddy's name...
I'll update you with his reviews after maybe a month or two.

Hanane, I think his name is so gay, hehe... He is setting up the netbook now... |

do they have batteries for acer one and what is pice4
I am in my third trimester with my first child and have been living
the Paleo for athletes. Soft materials such as grains and oats destroyed enough of the toxins, anti nutrients are destroyed cooked.
The paleo on the other end in manure. Or the patient must
take a lot of good information. I continue to read comments on
my blog, and around the web, but this is still an impressively svelte
device. Heavy consumption of protein and fat at each meal.
